No running on the platform, why would you want to run anyway?
We are sorry, pets and animals are not allowed on the ride. We do welcome assistance dogs though. Our entire premises are non-smoking. No large bags are allowed on board – storage is available on the platform. No umbrellas please, we can find a place to store them on the ground. It hardly rains in Brisbane anyway! Anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry at the discretion of management. There is strictly a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
Wheelchair accessible: Guests using wheelchairs will be required to transfer into the Gondola. Ramp access is available, please ask the Host at the Exit.
Service animals allowed: Service animals may accompany guests on the Ferris Wheel.

What You Should Know
The Sky-High Sunset package includes a double ride on the Wheel (25-30 mins) and 2 beverages of your choosing.
Unfortunately, The Wheel of Brisbane is a licensed venue and does not allow BYO. We have our own range on display at the ticket booth.
There is no minimum age requirement for the sunset package, however, alcohol is strictly prohibited for any persons under the age of 18.
No! If you feel like dressing up or dressing down there is no dress code requirements for the sunset package!
No! This package will be available between selected hours Monday to Friday. Excluding: Public Holidays and Event Days. Tickets will be available over the counter or online.
Only 1 package may be purchased per-person per-day. Due to liquor licensing laws alcoholic drinks will be topped up half way through the ride. These can not be redeemed at any other time outside of the package hours.
