No running on the platform, why would you want to run anyway?
We are sorry, pets and animals are not allowed on the ride. We do welcome assistance dogs though. Our entire premises are non-smoking. No large bags are allowed on board – storage is available on the platform. No umbrellas please, we can find a place to store them on the ground. It hardly rains in Brisbane anyway! Anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry at the discretion of management. There is strictly a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
Wheelchair accessible: Guests using wheelchairs will be required to transfer into the Gondola. Ramp access is available, please ask the Host at the Exit.
Service animals allowed: Service animals may accompany guests on the Ferris Wheel.

The Channel Seven Wheel of Brisbane is perfect for groups and is a fun way to soak up the scenic 360 degree views of the incredible city.
Whether you are a tour group, a social club, a sporting group or just a group of friends of 10 or more then you are eligible for our group booking discount!
A minimum of 10 Adult tickets must be purchased to be eligible for the discount! Through the website group booking tickets are limited to groups of 50, however, if you are a group larger than that the discount still applies you just need to contact us!
Unfortunately, the Wheel of Brisbane is a no BYO food and drink venue. Although, drinks are available for purchase over the counter on arrival.
No, wear what ever makes you comfortable or dress for a special occasion! It’s up to you!
We prefer group bookings be made online through the checkout. However, it is available over the counter. To be eligible, your group must include 10 adults and payment must be made in a singular transaction!
Each gondola holds a maximum of 6 adults and 2 kids. Kids under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the gondola.
