No running on the platform, why would you want to run anyway?
We are sorry, pets and animals are not allowed on the ride. We do welcome assistance dogs though. Our entire premises are non-smoking. No large bags are allowed on board – storage is available on the platform. No umbrellas please, we can find a place to store them on the ground. It hardly rains in Brisbane anyway! Anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry at the discretion of management. There is strictly a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
Wheelchair accessible: Guests using wheelchairs will be required to transfer into the Gondola. Ramp access is available, please ask the Host at the Exit.
Service animals allowed: Service animals may accompany guests on the Ferris Wheel.

The Wheel of Brisbane birthday experience has a minimum cost of $152 regardless of the number of guests. This is a private gondola booking. The private gondola can only hold up to 4 people.

Yes, normally the Wheel does not allow any food to be brought into the gondolas. However, you will be permitted to pre-order food from our supplier and bring limited other snacks for your ride!
This is up to you! The gondola is decorationed at no each cost. If you wish to add your own flavour to the experience, just talk to our friendly team and we will be able to assist you with your request!
We do not take any experience or package bookings during our event days and the booking must be made 24 hours in advance with the booking paid for. Please, be mindful that food orders must be placed 3 days in advance of the booking or they will be immediately refunded. Otherwise, we can have you anytime during our standard operating hours!
