No running on the platform, why would you want to run anyway?
We are sorry, pets and animals are not allowed on the ride. We do welcome assistance dogs though. Our entire premises are non-smoking. No large bags are allowed on board – storage is available on the platform. No umbrellas please, we can find a place to store them on the ground. It hardly rains in Brisbane anyway! Anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry at the discretion of management. There is strictly a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
Wheelchair accessible: Guests using wheelchairs will be required to transfer into the Gondola. Ramp access is available, please ask the Host at the Exit.
Service animals allowed: Service animals may accompany guests on the Ferris Wheel.

What You Should Know
This exciting experience includes; 10 to 15 minutes of rotation, full audio guide of the city and landmarks and an interactive landmark map.
No! We encourage students of all ages to ride on the Wheel. However, there are teacher/ guardian ratios that must be met.
All teachers and carers are free of charge at the following ratios:
- Senior School – 1 teacher/carer per 10 students,
- Junior School – 1 teacher/carer per 7 students.
Children 11 and under must be supervised by an adult whilst riding the Wheel.
The ride time for the Wheel is 10-15 minutes. However, depending on your school group size there is an additional 10-15 minutes of loading and unloading time. We ask that you allocate 45-60 minutes for your visit!

The Channel Seven Wheel of Brisbane operates in all weather conditions except during electrical storms, hail storms and very high winds. On the rare occasion we need to cancel or move a booking we reserve the right to decide whether ticket holders will be refunded tickets or transferred to another date or time.
