We are sorry, pets and animals are not allowed on the ride. We do welcome assistance dogs though. Our entire premises are non-smoking. No large bags are allowed on board – storage is available on the platform. No umbrellas please, we can find a place to store them on the ground. It hardly rains in Brisbane anyway! Anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry at the discretion of management. There is strictly a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
Wheelchair accessible: Guests using wheelchairs will be required to transfer into the Gondola. Ramp access is available, please ask the Host at the Exit.
Service animals allowed: Service animals may accompany guests on the Ferris Wheel.

The Wheel of Brisbane birthday experience has a minimum cost of $152 regardless of the number of guests. This is a private gondola booking. The gondolas can hold up to 6 guests.

Yes, normally the Wheel does not allow any food to be brought into the gondolas. However, you will be permitted to bring Cupcakes and limited other snacks for your ride!
This is up to you! We have a collection of decorations that we can provide at no extra cost. If you wish to add your own flavour to the birthday experience, just talk to our friendly team and we will be able to assist you with your request!
We do not take any experience or package bookings during our event days and the booking must be made 24 hours in advance with the booking paid for. Otherwise, we can have you anytime during our standard operating hours!
